About Joshua Hill: Joshua has been in the Managing Partner position for over 10 years. Prior to his current leadership, Josh was a top executive recruiter for an all-service Inc. 500.

Joshua grew up in Kansas City, Missouri.  He is a graduate of Bishop Miege High School. Joshua was graduated with a degree in Political Science from American University in Washington, D.C.  While in Washington, he interned on Capitol Hill for U.S. Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell. Mr. Hill participated in the E-Scholars program through the Henry W. Bloch School of Business, University of Missouri-Kansas City and he completed NYU’s School of Professional Studies SHRM Exam Prep online in 2018. Mr. Hill was awarded Sertoman of the Year for 2006-2007 and served as President of the Sertoma Club of Kansas City 2017 to 2019. Joshua chaired 2018’s successful Sound of the City 5K/10K Race benefiting Childrens Mercy and the Kansas School for the Deaf. Joshua enjoys spending time with his family.
